Ideal process of an online consultation:

  1. Patient sends relevant files and history in advance
  2. The physician reviews all documents and prepares for the online consultation
    - this saves a lot of time and makes the process even more effective
  3. In the video online consultation, the physician will ask specific questions to the patient in order to find out the best treatment
    - If an in-person consultation is mandatory, the physician of Wiener Privatklinik will send clear advice for a physician close to the patients' residence. Optional the patient will also receive support from WPK’s Case Managers to plan a trip to WPK hospital in Vienna/Austria.
  4. A personal therapy plan will be discussed and assigned to the patient
    - if necessary the interdisciplinary board of physicians at WPK will support the planning and process for the best possible treatment of the patient
  5. New check-ups might be advised
  6. Follow-up video consultations (discounted - 50 %) scheduled if necessary
