Ideal process of an online consultation:
- Patient sends relevant files and history in advance
-
The physician reviews all documents and prepares for the online consultation
- this saves a lot of time and makes the process even more effective -
In the video online consultation, the physician will ask specific questions to the patient in order to find out the best treatment
- If an in-person consultation is mandatory, the physician of Wiener Privatklinik will send clear advice for a physician close to the patients' residence. Optional the patient will also receive support from WPK’s Case Managers to plan a trip to WPK hospital in Vienna/Austria. -
A personal therapy plan will be discussed and assigned to the patient
- if necessary the interdisciplinary board of physicians at WPK will support the planning and process for the best possible treatment of the patient - New check-ups might be advised
- Follow-up video consultations (discounted - 50 %) scheduled if necessary
